Serafina is an Italian restaurant serving homemade pasta. It features murals, Murano-glass spaghetti lights, hand-painted vaulted ceilings, and a mosaic tile pizza oven. The Rickey craft cocktail bar offers a menu with fresh ingredients, highlighting seasonal produce. PHD Terrace, located on the rooftop, offers panoramic views. Fishbowl is an upscale game room with a 5,000-gallon fish tank and a bar.

The staff was genuinely helpful, giving clear directions to nearby attractions. The location allowed easy access to central attractions, I preferred walking over driving. The room was clean and well kept, I appreciated the attention to detail. The bar downstairs offered a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were well-made.
It was only a minor inconvenience.

The location was superb. I found many attractions were close by. the provided complimentary water was a great touch. the staff were always polite. They always answered my questions quickly. i liked the rooftop barwith nice city views.
I noticed some delays at peak times.

the hotel location i found ideal. it was a few blocks from central park. i also liked that several subway stations were very close.
the room i got initially was quite small. i booked the 'double room bronze' room. the hallways seemed very dim also.

The front doorman was attentive. HE helped with luggage. The front desk staff was great. Kofi Benn found me a quiet room even with club music above. There is a restaurant with a lovely breakfast.
The rooftop bar looks great in photos, but it was crowded with young people drinking cocktails.

The location was acceptable. I found restaurants and bars in the area.
I encountered a problem. The room windows lacked a darkening option and billboard lighting was bright at night and it made sleeping difficult. I hoped for better window features.
