helpful staff relaxing lounge convenient location general upkeep
the staff was very helpful and cute upon my arrival. the lounge was great with a drink after a long day. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. i was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and the general upkeep of the hotel.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fittings.

the service team was attentive and responsive to requests. the breakfast service was efficient with a good selection of items. i found the staff to be genuinely helpful in providing directions and local information.

the area offers quick access to transport links. proximity to shopping centres provides convenience for any traveller. the area felt safe and well-kept, even during evening hours.

cozy lighting limescale rainshower
I encountered some problems. I did not like the lighting in the breakfast room. It was not very cozy in the evening. I think the rainshower was disfunctional because of limescale. I also could not open a window for fresh air on the first floor. I think it can be better.

The breakfast had a large selection of options. The location was perfect for shopping at the Westfield shopping center. Staff members were very helpful and friendly.
The bedroom was quite small, though it was called a junior suite. There was no wardrobe space. I could not hang towels.

convenient location complimentary coffee modern area
The hotel is conveniently located near the station. It allowed easy access to various destinations. I appreciated the electric kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, which staff restocked daily. The modern outdoor area provided a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day.
The street noise was quite noticeable. I heard traffic and sirens throughout the night.

The hotel is a short walk from the Stratford station. This offered quick access to different metro lines. Westfields shopping center is also very close.
