They offered directions to the O2 arena through the tube and Uber boat. Check-in process was efficient. The staff member, Tom, provided updates often. Breakfast featured many choices, including a full English breakfast, fruits, continental options, and pastries.

I had VERY mixed feelings about my stay. I saw mice running around in the restaurant and bar areas, impossible to enjoy a meal. This lack of hygiene ruined the entire experience (it was quite upsetting).
