some issues in a generally ok hotel
mirror placement double claim
the lack of a plug near the mirror made it hard to get ready. it was a real pain. trying to use room service was another problem, nobody answered the phone. also, i saw my card got double charged. it was not good to discover this at check out.

amazing stay!
convenient location easy access nearby mall
I found the location convenient for shopping. it also provided easy access to transportation. The tube was just a short walk away. the mall being right outside the hotel made it easy to grab anything i needed (or wanted, hehe).
i noticed the phone in my room would not dial out to reception, a small inconvenience.

The fitness center features several treadmills. I saw at least three. i was happy to see there were also two stationary bikes available, so guests have options for cardio workouts here.

This hotel is very close to many restaurants and bars. I saw dozens within a five minute walk. also, the shopping area is right next door. It took me only two minutes to walk there. transport links are amazing.

My room was large and very well set-up. the room was also very clean. I didn't notice any dust or dirt anywhere. it included an iron and ironing board, which i really needed (for all the shopping i did).

The concierge team members were always helpful. They answered all my questions. the receptionist was super kind and friendly (it was such a warm welcome!). any issues were addressed immediately.

amazing hotel experience
spacious room shopping centre helpful staff midday checkout
My stay included a spacious room, designed thoughtfully. It allowed ample movement. the hotel's placement next to the shopping centre proved convenient. I accessed various amenities easily. the staff members were consistently helpful and polite. They addressed every query promptly. i particularly valued the midday checkout. It provided a relaxed departure.
The lighting controls in the room were a bit complex. I needed some time to understand all the options.

fantastic stay!
great location handy kettle tea selection
i was so happy with the location near stratford station. it made getting around super easy, especially with the elizabeth line. the room was really well-equipped, i loved having the kettle and selection of teas right there.
i found that the phone in my room didn't connect directly to room service.

the gym located on the 12th floor is great and it features plenty of views. a laundry room exists on the upper floors, which i found very handy for longer trips of more than a week.

the hotel is just a short walk to stratford railway station and stratford international, i found that very convenient. being beside the westfield stratford shopping complex with many dining options was a big plus. public transport offered easy access to the central area.
