the lack of a plug near the mirror made it hard to get ready. it was a real pain. trying to use room service was another problem, nobody answered the phone. also, i saw my card got double charged. it was not good to discover this at check out.

I found the location convenient for shopping. it also provided easy access to transportation. The tube was just a short walk away. the mall being right outside the hotel made it easy to grab anything i needed (or wanted, hehe).

i noticed the phone in my room would not dial out to reception, a small inconvenience.

The fitness center features several treadmills. I saw at least three. i was happy to see there were also two stationary bikes available, so guests have options for cardio workouts here.

This hotel is very close to many restaurants and bars. I saw dozens within a five minute walk. also, the shopping area is right next door. It took me only two minutes to walk there. transport links are amazing.

i was so happy with the location near stratford station. it made getting around super easy, especially with the elizabeth line. the room was really well-equipped, i loved having the kettle and selection of teas right there.

i found that the phone in my room didn't connect directly to room service.
