My room faced a wall. i booked a room there and i expected a view but i got a wall. It was disappointing. the bar staff also seemed uninterested in serving and i had to ask multiple times to get my order taken, though the bar was open.

i found the bathroom disappointing the shower was quite narrow and the whole room got wet i also noticed the water caddy for tea and coffee in the room was not clean the staff, while present, could have been more cute i expected a bit more from this hotel.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful king room upon arrival, a lovely surprise. the room was very clean and well-kept. the location was perfect for exploring many popular attractions. i walked to the tower of london and borough market easily from the hotel

the rooms were clean and easy to enjoy. the location has great access to local restaurants. breakfast options had a good selection, that i enjoyed.
check in was slow, the lady seemed a little lost. her english wasnt good, she struggled to answer basic questions. the handheld shower head in my room was broken.
