excellent creek stay
attentive staff spacious room convenient location
The staff was attentive. I especially appreciated their prompt responses. i found the room spacious and well-kept (it was a real treat). the location proved convenient for exploring nearby souks and accessing public transport. i experienced no issues .
the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

The premium room had a comfortable king-size bed and offered ample space. It included a balcony with a lovely creek view, perfect for morning coffee. the room also featured a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a selection of complimentary drinks.

The reception staff was always helpful and efficient. They quickly addressed any inquiries i had during my three nights. i noticed prompt room service (food arrived hot!). bellhops were always ready to assist with luggage.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of options, from fresh pastries to hot dishes, a great start to the day. i enjoyed the restaurant's outdoor seating (views were lovely!). the service was attentive.

The hotel is situated near the creek. It provides easy access to local markets and transportation options, a definite plus. a metro station is only a short walk away. Taxis are readily available right outside.

the hotel featured a swimming pool open from 8 am to 8 pm (very convenient for a quick dip). there's also a fitness center with basic equipment (treadmills and weights). the lobby area included comfortable seating.

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing
smaller room obstructed view
the staff were friendly, a definite plus.
I didn't get the room i booked. i paid for a premium double bed-souk view balcony beach transfer, but the room i received was smaller. it was disappointing after looking forward to the promised space. the souk view was partially obstructed, too. It wasn't the panoramic vista i expected.

decent stay, some hiccups
unpleasant odour insufficient water
the hotel's location was convenient, close to transport links.
Upon arrival, i found the room carpets had a rather unpleasant odour. This was quite off-putting. also, for a room accommodating three people, only two small bottles of complimentary water were provided. i felt that a bit more consideration could have been given to this.
