Aldrin handled my check-in process with efficiency. he gave me all the necessary information. maria assisted me during checkout. She was quick and courteous (always appreciated). the room was clean and adequately furnished for a relaxed stay.
i felt the overall customer service could benefit from a bit more warmth.

the room had a king-size bed with crisp linens and four pillows. the room had a work desk with multiple power outlets and a comfortable chair. complimentary water bottles were restocked daily in the minibar.

the hotel is near key attractions. there is easy access to the main roads. the hotel provided shuttle service to nearby shopping malls, running every two hours from 10 am to 8 pm.

The staff named michelle, maria, and danica offered excellent service. The cleaning staff, including mandip and his colleagues, were also very helpful with our requests. The room provided a nice view of the canal (i could see the water from my window). The hotel is located a five-minute walk from the metro station.
The hotel requested aed 200 deposit in addition to the room fee. I had to contact them several times to get the deposit back. The operator said they would return the deposit after fourteen days.

Michelle, Maria, and Danica at the front desk were notably kind and efficient. Mandip, along with the other cleaning staff members, responded quickly to all requests. I appreciated their prompt attention.

The hotel is near the metro station (about a five-minute walk), providing easy access to transportation. A luggage scale is available needing to weigh their bags. The hotel also offers rooms for smokers.

I had breakfast there. A good variety of options were available (especially the fresh fruit). It was a buffet-style setup, so i could try a bit of everything. The dining area was clean and well-kept.

I found SAFE, free underground parking. The hotel let me stay until 1pm because I checked in around 2am. Staff members, maria and danica, were friendly upon check out. Michelle was VERY accommodating during check-in.
The breakfast was TOO chinese , with few other options available.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruits , pastries, cereals , and hot dishes. Staff ensured EVERYTHING was well-stocked and clean. The dining area was warm with natural light and comfortable seating.

The rooms had a minimalist style , but they were cozy, clean, and simple. They include smoking rooms , a feature that is hard to find in most other hotels. The beds were great, not too hard , and not too soft.
