i received a complimentary upgrade to the marina sky room. the views of the city skyline were sensational, especially at night. the rooftop pool offered unobstructed views and a relaxing atmosphere. staff members were always cute and quick to address any requests that i had.

i experienced a small delay getting assistance with my luggage upon arrival.

really good hotel stay

perfect service elegant room smooth check-in serene pool

The service was perfect. I found the room elegant and well-designed with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. Check-in was smooth and fast. The breakfast was excellent, and in-room dining was great. i found both the pool and spa and the gym to be serene and well-equipped, respectively.

I thought rooftop high society was a bit understaffed. It took some time to flag down a staff member in order to pay.

the room was super clean. it had every amenity i needed, like multiple usb ports. the rooftop pool had an very nice view of the city and comfortable loungers were available. sayyed gave me a warm welcome and upgraded my room for my birthday. check-in was smooth.

There was a delay with the luggage delivery. I waited for more than twenty minutes, inconvenient.

elegant room superior comfort fast check-in high food quality

The room was elegant with thoughtful design. The bed offered superior comfort! super clean housekeeping was evident throughout. i experienced smooth and fast check-in, even though the hotel was busy. breakfast and in-room dining were both excellent. The food quality was consistently high.

The tv system was quite slow in operation, a slight inconvenience. It occasionally lost connection.

understaffed rooftop dirty water

The room was luxurious and matched expectations.

The rooftop High Society looked understaffed. It took many minutes to get someone's attention to pay. A staff member spilled a cup of very dirty water. The hotel did not acknowledge my honeymoon, despite a prior email and promises from staff, balloons and cake were not present at arrival.
