Excellent Family Stay
water activities convenient dining helpful staff
The hotel provides plenty of water activities suitable for children. I found in-room dining affordable and quite convenient. The staff demonstrated really good helpfulness throughout my stay. The greenery inside the resort is pleasant. The beds offered great comfort.
The wait times for the elevators could sometimes be a bit long (especially during peak hours).

The food variety was definitely good and catered to different tastes. The breakfast had a wide selection, including fresh fruit and pastries. The restaurant staff was attentive and quick to refill drinks.

The hotel is situated close to the airport. Transfers were quick and easy. The beach is easily accessible from the hotel grounds. There are several shops and restaurants within a short taxi ride.

The front desk staff was efficient during check-in. Housekeeping provided a thorough cleaning service daily. Pool attendants were readily available to assist with loungers and towels.

Awesome Family Fun!
variety of activities gluten free dishes
I really enjoyed the variety of activities. There were many pools, an aquapark, and arcade games. Gluten-free dishes and a kids' food station were available, which I totally appreciated! Sands Beach Club was my favorite restaurant. It had a great atmosphere and food.

Our family room had a good size with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well kept and offered sufficient space for our family, very convenient and comfortable.

The resort boasts heated pools, including the water park which is amazing, offering enjoyment for everyone. There is also cinema sessions on the beach.

Solid choice for families!
helpful staff spacious room swimming pools
I found the staff very helpful. The rooms were spacious and had bunk beds. My kids liked this. There were several swimming pools including a lazy river and I enjoyed them. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the short 10-minute drive from the airport was convenient.
The check-in process was slow. I was not provided with enough information upon arrival. The lifts were crowded, causing stress, and there was a long wait time. I would have preferred a calmer check-in experience.

the staff was friendly. my daughter enjoyed the water activities a lot. the complimentary breakfast included many choices! i also appreciated the quick service.
the elevators were slow. i waited a long time to get in. the pool was a bit dirty.
