Rooms include key features such as Egyptian cotton bed linen, keyless entry and underfloor heating in bathrooms with The White Company toiletries. Options range from Classic rooms with standard double beds, to Superior rooms with larger beds and seating areas, and Deluxe rooms suitable for families with extra beds available. Junior Suites in the New House feature private entrances. The Apartment Suite offers separate living and sleeping areas, a roof terrace, and a bathroom. The Armstrong Suite provides a marble bathroom and private terrace. Garden Suites include private gardens and hot tubs. Bedroom 37 is a disabled access Junior Suite with a wet room.

Jesmond Dene House features Fern, a dining room and bar focused on seasonal cuisine made with local produce. The Bar at Fern provides a menu of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and fish and chips. Guests can enjoy a full English Breakfast and a traditional Afternoon Tea. The hotel's restaurant, led by Executive Head Chef Danny Parker, uses produce from trusted local sources.
