broken lift rude doormen

The room had everything i needed for my stay.

The lift broke down, SO my fiancé who is disabled had to drag himself upstairs. The drinks were ridiculously expensive. The doormen were very rude.

convenient location easy access city center no housekeeping uncleaned room cold floor

the location felt very good to me. it was close to haymarket station. i found the tram takes you to the city centre in under 10 minutes. the room, as expected of hoxton, i did find lovely.

we stayed three nights and we did not have housekeeping. beds weren't changed and also towels weren't changed. the two person bunkbed room has no seating, so we has to sit on the cold floor.

totally loved my snug stay!

new facilities takeaway breakfast convenient location

The staff gave an extensive tour of the newly refurbished facilities, super cool! the takeaway breakfast in a paper bag hung outside my door. I found this service excellent and great value. the hotel location was super convenient for transport links, seriously just two minutes down the road. i loved that tram!

the room should have been cleaned more thoroughly! and the sound insulation was quite poor

The cosy room included a comfy bed and plenty of space for one person to relax after a day of sightseeing. i noticed the room was very quiet. A plus for light sleepers. there were fresh towels, soap and other essentials.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided all the information i needed about the area. the check-in process was quick. I found it efficient, and i was in my room within minutes. the hotel offered a tour. That was cool.

the staff was helpful. i received a free upgrade for breakfast. a doggy package was provided upon arrival. the room design was nice and it had everything i needed.

the room was a bit small for the price i paid. there wasn't much space for luggage.

kind staff gorgeous room beautiful design walking distance

the staff were very kind and helpful people. i loved the beautiful design and its walking distance to all sights. the rooms were gorgeous! we also got upgraded, a pleasant surprise.

the room should have had more cleaning, and the sound insulation was not very good.
