“Hotel Indigo Newcastle, in my opinion, certainly holds promise, especially with its prime location near Newcastle Central Station and the attractions of Grainger Town. While recent renovations may impact the immediate ambiance, the unique touches, like bespoke craft ales and locally-inspired decor, suggest a commitment to a distinctive experience once completed. I believe that, in time, it will regain its status as a stylish boutique stay.”

The location offered easy access to transportation, as the train station was only a short walk away. The staff ensured prompt service. The room featured Rington's tea (a local brand) and a notably comfortable bed.
The gym equipment was slightly outdated.

quick walkfriendly gentlemanawful servicelittle listening
I arrived by train, and the hotel was just a quick walk. The gentleman checking me in was super friendly and efficient. The standard room had bath robes and slippers. I thought this was a nice touch because usually you don't get those in a standard room.
The customer service was awful. The girl came across as obstructive when we tried to ascertain certain things. She did not listen to us and cut us short during conversation. I think the room rate must be based on the room and facilities at the hotel, so why were we not offered a complimentary service for the inconvenience caused?
