the location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful

basic room black mould

the staff was helpful. prompt and courteous.

the room was profoundly basic. no kettle. no bedside table. no seat, no cupboard. nowhere to put anything down really. i had to build a small tower next to by balancing my bags and clothes on top of each other like some kind of hobo jenga game. black mould around the bath seal and dirty curtains.

helpful staff convenient luggage room cleaning required maintenance

the hotel's location worked perfectly for me. the luggage hold was very convenient for my equipment. the staff were also very helpful.

the room was not cleaned at all . i was told room cleaning only occurred during longer stays. a few bits of maintenance seemed needed to bring the room up to standard.

helpful staff excellent location very clean room

The staff were helpful when I needed a taxi. They arranged that for me quickly. The location was excellent, close to attractions. My room was in very good condition and very clean.

The showers are a bit small, made moving around a challenge.
