tasty breakfast helpful staff
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was tasty and had a good choice of items available. The staff was very helpful. They kept the area clean and were always available to assist guests.
The elevator was out of service, made accessing higher floors difficult.

shabby furniture unpainted holes
My room looked quite tired. i noticed holes in the walls were filled poorly and not painted. the furniture seemed mismatched and old. I didn't find it very charming.

solid stay, staff is great

the room was spotlessly clean and beds was comfy. the shower was spacious too. i loved heavy curtains and no light coming in made sleep easy. staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel location is near everything i needed.
a leaking pipe was in bathroom. this after i used the sink and it dripped on to the floor.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
faulty heating dirty spoon
The staff were friendly and helpful .
The heating in my room did not work properly. Only a small section of the radiator heated up, other times it was completely off. This was not ideal for a cold weekend, I must say. the spoon provided with the tea-making facilities was dirty with food residue.

helpful staff lovely breakfast leaking toilet limited storage
the staff was very polite and helpful, i think. the breakfast was lovely, it really was. it had plenty of choice for everyone. i thought the beds were comfy too.
the room was not very clean. i found several hairs in the bathroom, ew. the toilet leaked when i flushed it, and that was annoying. there wasnt much storage at all, just a small rail with a few hangers.

The walk-in shower was a good feature. i found the beds were comfortable. the dedicated parking was very helpful. I paid £20 for 3 nights in a shared, nearby location. drop-off and pick-up were allowed right outside the entrance (very convenient). the breakfast service for a large number of guests seemed well-managed.
i noticed some minor decoration touch-ups could improve the room's overall appearance.
