the staff greeted me with warmth at check-in. ryan from reception gave me helpful guidance about the area. my room was cosy and warm, just as i hoped. a good range of drinks were available at the bar.
The room lacked soap. I only had two small towels.

the continental breakfast included awesome toasted crumpets and offered as much as i wanted. there were also small boxes of cereal, limited fruit, yoghurt, croissants, juice and tea. the bar offered reasonably priced drinks.

the hotel sits very close to pleasure beach, offering easy access. a tram stop is also nearby, a convenience i appreciated. the bar had entertainment on saturday night, a drag act, something that added a bit of fun to the stay.

the manager welcomed me warmly and promptly provided extra towels. ryan at reception checked me in quickly and showed knowledge about local attractions. i did appreciate the attentiveness of the staff who addressed any minor issue with care.

Comfortable Stay Near Pleasure Beach

I appreciated the clean shower and bright bathroom. The room included ample towels and soap. The bed provided a comfortable rest with many pillows. I found plenty of hanging and storage space for my belongings.
The breakfast I had was not good because when I asked for toast, it arrived cold. It was definitely not worth what was charged for it. I am not staying here again.

the location was superb, close to attractions! the room was clean, with sufficient space for luggage.
The hallways were narrow, with confusing signage. I found it hard to navigate. the decor was tired. It needed updating.
