my experience involved a constantly locked door to the promenade. this forced an inconvenient walk around the entire building to reach the outside. this oversight is really unacceptable and impacted my stay.

The bathroom had both a bath and a shower plus ample clean towels and toiletries. The Superkingsize bed was a dream and the mini fridge contained plenty of bottled water and milk. I saw fantastic park views from my window and I watched the 55 inch TV with ease.

The car parking came with an extra charge I did find to be a bit expensive. Spaces can be tight making parking difficult at times.

Excellent Stay with Minor Hiccup

I stayed in an Executive King Room. The room included simple touches like complimentary water. The staff were polite and cute. The restaurant offered beef that was delicious. I don't think I have ever tasted beef as good.

The soundproofing was poor. I could hear traffic and trams from my room facing the prom. The noise continued until 11:00 pm.
