the hotel's side gate access to pleasure beach allowed early entry (very handy with kids). i liked the quick train back to the hotel after a long day, saving little legs from a tiring walk. i found a great view of the park from my room. the breakfast buffet had lots of choice.
the hotel lacked fridges in the rooms, a slight inconvenience.

the room was clean and tidy. the beds were comfy.
The reception manager was not very polite. the breakfast was quite bad. There was not much choice, and the staff seemed to watch me closely. i even had my plate taken away while i was still eating. the premier inn is a better bet.
