warm staff
the staff were very warm and cute, nothing was too much trouble. my room was clean and tidy. i found the service at the event good.

insufficient heatingmissing shower gel
the room lacked proper maintenance. the heating was insufficient, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. there was no shower gel provided, i had to request it from reception, i never received it. a cold burger, costing £24, further detracted from the experience.

A comfortable stay near the airport

The gym next door, David Lloyd, was accessible, included with our stay. Towels were provided at reception for the gym. The pool was spacious and clean. Our car was parked at the hotel all week and it was safe.
The dining manager was awful. I have sensory issues and was not allowed in the dining area without appropriate footwear. Staff did not offer alternatives.

the room was big. it had everything i needed for my stay (a desk, a tv, a comfortable bed). breakfast and the location served my purpose. the in-room facilities were great and i had access to a pool.
i was charged for parking, which i didn't like. paying to stay should include parking. i was charged for 3 days, but i was only there 44 hours. the room could have been cleaner (i noticed a dirty sink).
