I found the staff to be cute. The rooms were clean with a tidy appearance. Breakfast had variety and met my expectations. The bar staff were lovely, and the food was delicious.
The corridors were narrow, making it a slight struggle with luggage.

The hotel had a prime location near the tower. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect. i liked that the entertainment was great. It kept everyone engaged. the staff were awesome. They were always available to help.
the sound insulation in the room was inadequate. i could clearly hear noise from the cabaret downstairs. it was difficult to sleep before the entertainment ended each night.
