I found the staff to be really helpful . the room service was efficient, and the food arrived quickly. the location was convenient for accessing the airport. It made my early morning flight much less stressful.
the bed was a bit too firm for my liking! though the bedding was soft.

I found the gym and pool to be good. The food was also quite nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean with great facilities (the sauna was a plus!).
The rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear noise from the next room, even when the toilet was flushed. The parking service charged a fee without warning (this was quite annoying).

the staff was helpful. beth at reception assisted me with check-in and answered all my questions. the bar food was amazing!!! the pool and gym facilities had a great selection, and they were very clean.
parking was a nightmare upon arrival. cars were cramped tightly together, double parked, and navigating around was almost impossible. the corridors on the way to the room had a strong smell of marijuana.

The room was spacious and had a large tv (a real treat after a long day). i found the breakfast decent. It had salami, ham, and cheese for a continental style breakfast.
the pillows were flat, making it hard to get comfortable during the night.
