the staff were very friendly and happy including dogs so that was great.
the family room to sleep four was a joke. my child woke up in pain because of the pull out sofa that was being used as a double bed. being a hilton honors member, this is the worst visit to a hilton i've ever experienced

Check-in happened fast. The front desk staff was friendly upon arrival. The hotel gave out warm cookies to guests, a pleasant touch.

faulty air conditioningflat pillows
The room was generally clean , but i noticed the air conditioning did not work well. the room became quite stuffy overnight , and i had trouble sleeping comfortably. also , the pillows were very flat and provided little support . I woke up with a stiff neck.

The breakfast was tasty.
The room's temperature control did not function correctly. The room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat. I reported this at the reception, but the issue remained unresolved and detracted from my comfort. Staff should check those details.

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport

The vegan food in the restaurant was quite good. The chefs clearly know how to prepare vegetables well. The bathroom and bedroom were both satisfactory with comfortable bedding. I found the shower to be hot and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.
The parking was an unexpected expense. I also noticed there was no bottled water provided in the room. I think bottled water should be a standard amenity.
