the staff were so friendly. my room was very clean. it was also spacious, and the bed was super comfy. breakfast was fantastic, offering a really wide selection.
The gym equipment needed some maintenance. I noticed a few machines would not adjust settings, so they were unusable.

The lack of airport shuttle service was a problem. I had to pay extra for a third-party service and it wasn't even available around the clock. It reminded me of a cheap move from a supposedly reputable hotel chain. It is annoying.

the receptionist efficiently provided a top-floor room. the thai restaurant offered excellent service. young jack was particularly helpful. the bar staff were accommodating. piers presented a cheerful and friendly demeanor. the room offered excellent pillows and many tv channels including youtube. i encountered a very kind housekeeping member who gave me an extra biscuit. diane quickly provided my three poached eggs and bacon exactly as i like it.
i found the shower would not turn on.
