the receptionist was friendly. i received a room upgrade to the executive floor, it was a beautiful room. i especially appreciated the handheld showerhead with the hose extension!!!
the gym's opening times were very restricted, and it was a waste of money for me.
The bedrooms were large and clean. Soundproofing prevented noise from planes overhead.
The executive lounge provided a poor selection of food and drinks. The spa included a steam room with dirt and very small worms on the floor near the drain. I consider this unacceptable hygiene for a hotel of this class.

The breakfast had a wide choice. It was excellent.
The car park barrier would not let us out. I had already registered and paid for the parking. A staff member in the River bar seemed quite ignorant, it was like we had disturbed his chill time. He didn't welcome us or acknowledge us.

the lobby area appear big with clean, spacious qualities. the staff at check-in were really friendly and helpful, a good experience. smoothie and chocolates in the room was a nice touch too.
