Guests can use the free airport shuttle from 04:00 until 01:00 to reach the property from Terminals 1 and 2, and from the Roissy TGV Station. the hotel location near terminal 3 made it easy. up to date flight information displayed throughout the hotel helped. bar and food options were available at the downstairs restaurant and this was good after a long trip.
the shower wasn't so good as the water temperature varied from hot to cold unexpectedly.

the room had standard furniture and a comfortable bed, it met my expectations. the room had basic amenities and it was enough. there was hot water available in the shower.

I appreciated the fast check-in. The bar offered a convenient location for an evening drink. The proximity to Terminal 3 and the frequent shuttle trains made early flights much easier to manage.

unpleasant odorsmall towels
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. there was a noticeable odor in the toilet. i also found the towels provided were quite small and smelled unpleasant. It was really off putting. the hotel needs to address these cleanliness issues to improve the guest experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right by Terminal 3 and the railway station. The train provides easy access to Paris (great for a day trip!). The room was nice and neat, and it even had a nice view of planes taking off.
The room's sink was slow to drain (it was a minor inconvenience). I contacted reception, but there was a wait to get the issue resolved.
