Kawther at the reception. She got us into our modern, clean rooms early after a super long trip! breakfast had a great variety and started at 6:30 am. That was so handy. i found a free airport shuttle at arrivals 2. Turn left and walk almost all the way, following the hotel shuttle signs. it seemed to come every 20 and 50 minutes past the hour.

The room was far too warm, even after the staff adjusted the air conditioning. Made sleeping difficult

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free, reliable shuttle service. It's so convenient. nearby are supermarkets, a subway, a cafe, and even a mcdonald's right next door. Very handy!

breakfast starts super early at 6:30 am, that's helpful for early flights. the bar and restaurant downstairs looked pretty nice. i noticed good beer selections and excellent staff. breakfast had a really nice variety.

The room was large and well decorated. I appreciated that. the bed was comfortable, and everything looked clean and in excellent condition. i had a standard room and it was spacious. the large shower had strong water pressure!

The room was dirty with dust and cobwebs. bedsheets had a huge urine stain! the air conditioning was not working. I was sweating all night.

I appreciated the prompt shuttle service. It ran exactly as scheduled. the location was great as it was close to a grocery store. this made getting essentials really easy.

the cleaning staff bothered us early, even with a 'do not disturb' sign. this interruption was quite inconvenient .
