the hotel has easy access from the terminals i found clear signage on the second floor directing me through walkways to the hotel the check-in process was efficient upon arrival i recommend it for its convenient location when flying in or out of rome. i found the easy walk to the departure gate beneficial for a monday morning flight.
i noticed the hot tub had a very slight temperature issue on my visit.

the rooms have been newly renovated with modern decor on the fifth floor i stayed in a king guest room that featured comfortable beds and soundproof windows the air conditioning system was effective in maintaining a consistent temperature. i found the room very clean.

the hotel staff was friendly i found their service prompt and courteous particularly during check-in the servers in the dining area delivered great service the team provided helpful and timely assistance when needed. whatsapp communication was also available.

I found the room very clean. The beds were comfortable and let me sleep well. Breakfast had a very complete and varied selection.
My room didn't have a coffee machine. It only had a kettle with Nescafé. One light in the bathroom didn't worked at all. I also didn't received directions on how to get to the building.

the hotel is really close to the airport, you just walk there using a travelator.
i was pretty disappointed that the €300 deposit taken at check-in wasnt refunded after i checked out. it's been weeks, and nobody answer my emails or calls, not good for a supposedly great hotel. i dont recommend this hotel to people that value their money or peace of mind.

The hotel connects directly to the terminals. Walking is quite easy. the breakfast buffet had fresh orange juice, which i consider a plus. the food was AMAZING!!!
i noticed the check-in process seemed slower than usual due to a few flight arrivals.
