The train station access is very convenient. It provides easy access to Milan Cordona. The restaurant at the hotel is great. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The service was nice.
The shower design is poor. A short shower caused the bathroom to flood. Room amenities were not fully stocked. I found missing towels and body wash. The front desk was notified about the room flooding. They were aware and told me to use the anti-slip mat.

The room was spacious and very clean. The fitness center had modern equipment. I found a great restaurant with excellent service. It was quite convenient for my early morning flight.
I found the hallway carpets showed minor wear.

The location was supremely convenient next to the airport terminal! the breakfast offered a wonderful selection. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I really appreciated that!
I found the room a bit overpriced considering its condition. the walls seemed quite thin. I could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room. the lack of sufficient towels was also inconvenient, and the shower caused some flooding in the bathroom, twice.

room service was something i could live with. the room, well, it was clean at least.
check-in was like navigating a bureaucratic maze, it was something. queues snaked around the lobby, and the whole process dragged on forever. then i found myself wrestling with the air conditioning, or rather, the lack of it. the room decided to be a sauna, mocking the temperature settings, and to add insult to injury, the staff were less than helpful in resolving the issue.
