The hotel provided a free airport shuttle. It was super convenient (I didn't have to wait long!). The hotel stored my luggage before check-in, a great help. Free WiFi allowed me to stay connected.

The absence of a shower curtain in the bathroom was quite inconvenient. Water splashed everywhere during my shower. The receptionist didn't seem concerned about the slippery floor.
