The room I was assigned was quite disappointing. The carpet looked worn and stained. The air conditioning unit was not effective. It struggled to cool the room adequately. I also noticed a persistent musty odor in the bathroom, signaling potential mold or ventilation issues. These issues detracted from what I hoped would be a more refreshing visit.

The hotel location is very close to the Gateway Gardens station one stop from the airport. The price was reasonable since i needed accommodation quickly near the airport. The lady in the dining room was particularly lovely and certainly lifted my spirits.

I was locked out of my room. The electronic card key was malfunctioning and caused me to travel between my floor and reception several times.

The staff exhibited great friendliness. my room offered ample space. its location proved convenient. a supermarket and diverse restaurants sit nearby. This made accessing essentials effortless. it is also very close to a train station. This enables easy travel to the city center.

the absence of a kettle in the room was a slight inconvenience. i would have appreciated tea or coffee making provisions to enhance my stay.

i could take my dog with me. i found a rewe supermarket and several restaurants nearby, really convenient. there is also a park right behind the hotel, perfect for a walk.

the light next to the bed was broken, and it was impossible to switch it off, causing a minor inconvenience.
