Great Airport Access

The hotel is really close to the airport terminals. This made moving around super easy. I could walk to the Lufthansa luggage drop off location with no problems. There were many stores close by, and I did a little shopping.
The staff are a bit clueless. That is true. I could not order dinner on the phone since the room service didn't speak English. It would be nice if they had staff that could help visitors from all over the world.

I liked that the hotel is located at the platform of the long distance train. It was very easy to reach. The reception in the hotel is friendly. Made my arrival smooth.
I requested a room with AC. The AC facilities in the room did not work. It was uncomfortably warm. Our room was on a high floor, and the windows were locked, so there was no fresh air.

The room seemed okay at first, but the air conditioning was useless. It was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. I could not adjust the temperature. The breakfast was also a letdown, considering its high price. The juice tasted artificial, and the scrambled eggs seemed like they came from powder. They really need to fix the AC units.

I appreciated the convenience of the location near the airport. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely, which I found pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were friendly, it felt genuine.
I noticed that there was no free water in the room. Only a few were available to buy for 5:50 euros. The bed was quite hard, which I found less comfortable than expected.
