The location is super convenient! It is only a short bus ride from the airport with two stops. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection and the staff was very friendly! Transportation to Zurich is easy with the tram from the airport to Zurich HB running every 25 minutes.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.

the hotel is conveniently close to the airport (about a 3-minute bus ride). the bus stop is just outside, made getting around easy. the front desk staff were helpful, especially with directions and local tips.
i found the lack of european plug options in the room a bit inconvenient, i had to use adapters.

The room had a good size shower.
The phone in the room did not work so I could not contact reception I found scuff marks on the carpet and the beds were not comfortable. The hotel seemed more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one.

my comfort double or twin room was spacious and modern i found a great hot shower and the room was clean. i also appreciated being relatively close to the airport with just a five minute bus ride. the train station was also very close a quick nine minute walk i loved that. breakfast had a lot of good options too!
the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking i maybe should have requested replacements.

The room was quite dark, the lighting was poor. housekeeping seemed to have odd hours. When i asked them to come later, they said their work was finished. also, they claimed we damaged something and charged a large sum, though nothing seemed actually broken or damaged. i felt disappointed with this experience and the additional, unexpected cost, unexpected cost.
