The hotel provides a convenient, complimentary shuttle service to the airport, it ran every 20 minutes and was punctual. i found soft towels and good smelling shampoos in my room. the staff were helpful . the room was spacious. I appreciated the modern design and comfort.

I found the location excellent and easy to reach from the airport! Clare at reception was friendly and efficient. I had a super experience. Josipa at the lobby bar provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. She made sure I could watch my sports game and showed real interest in what I was excited about! The hotel shuttle was convenient, hassle-free and ran frequently.
The lighting in the room was not ideal, I think the hotel is old.

the air conditioning didn't work, resulting in a very stuffy room throughout the night. i was also disappointed that the window could not be opened. the free shuttle to the airport was sometimes full, so i had to take a taxi, which cost around 20 chf..
