airport shuttle clean bar soft pillows
The hotel is close to the airport, AND a shuttle service is provided. The cleanliness is really good, PLUS the hotel has both a bar and a restaurant. There were four comfy pillows of different softness in the room. It was a nice touch.
The parking WASN'T free. It was by the hour, not by the day

The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. The driver was prompt. The room was spacious and clean. I found the check-in and check-out processes fast and efficient.

The staff provided helpful directions for catching the morning shuttle back to the airport. They were very polite. The check-in was quick and the staff answered ALL my questions. Great service.

decent stay near the airport
train station breakfast selection restaurant food slow process missing items long wait
the hotel is very close to the train station (it is a short walk). the breakfast had a great selection of food. the restaurant also had a good variety of meals for dinner.
the check-in process was very slow. i waited almost 30 minutes (it reminded me of a long time). also, there were no slippers, toothpaste, cotton swabs, or a hair comb in the room.
