The breakfast had a great selection, and it was AMAZING!!! the staff was also super friendly. the times were great, too. Later breakfast times at the weekend is a great bonus. it really set me up for the day ahead.
my room's carpet was a little dirty, and the chairs weren't super clean either. the location felt quite far from everything and a little dodgy. it is close to the excel convention centre, what i needed, but it still felt a bit out of the way.

i found the location superb for visiting the excel centre. on-site parking was available, which helped a lot. the room's cleanliness stood out, and it felt very FRESH. i will stay here AGAIN!
the hotel has a slight lack of nearby dining options beyond the hotel restaurant. it is barely anything at all.

Honestly, i felt quite let down by the breakfast. the scrambled eggs tasted quite strange, and the bacon varied wildly in quality. also, the air conditioning in my room barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm throughout my stay.

I found the location very convenient for excel events. A short walk or quick dlr ride away. the room was super clean with comfortable bedding ensuring a restful night. breakfast included a nice selection of items, especially the do-it-yourself waffles (a fun touch!). the staff members were helpful, they quickly addressed any queries i had.
