the staff were friendly and helpful i found the setting by the water quite lovely the transport links were also good especially the cable car it seemed really cool to me. the location was convenient the vibe was nice. the room was clean.
the rooms were small i booked a twin room to find the beds were just inches away i have not stopped in a hotel room where there has been no tv. the bathroom's size was disappointing. there was also no wardrobe.

Check in was fast. STAFF members were very friendly. I especially appreciated the location near the Excel exhibition hall. It made getting to my events very easy. the rooftop bar was a nice treat after a long day.

The roof terrace offered lovely views. The staff demonstrated kindness and a cute attitude. Paul especially assisted me in locating a left-behind item. Very nice service complemented my stay.
The room was quite basic and very tight. The double bed was two singles put together. Sharing the room might feel cramped. I think there would not be enough space at all
