The tube station was very close providing convenient access. I also appreciated the proximity to the Tower and Tower Bridge. My room had a good temperature and I did not need the air conditioning. The water refill station was a great touch .

The mini bar was empty upon arrival which was a small disappointment.

The hotel is near an underground station so travelling is very easy. Tower Bridge and the Tower are a comfortable walking distance away. Sky Garden and Leathenhall Market are also conveniently accessible.

My room had comfortable beds and it was spacious. I found the setting very quiet. The shower was good and it had Rituals toiletries. There was a lot of wardrobe space with both an iron and ironing board.

Staff were lovely and friendly at all times. They were always ready to help. I found this especially helpful when asking for directions to nearby places of interest.

The restaurant provided good food for families. The prices were fair for food. Breakfast had many options. The Keepers bar is also a nice addition to the hotel.

empty fridgemissing amenity

I was disappointed that the fridge was empty. It had a sticker stating it was left empty for my convenience. an empty fridge isn't really convenient, unlike the fridge full of complimentary items i received at my next hotel. the lack of a welcome amenity, like a fruit platter or sweets, was also a letdown. almost every other hotel offers those things.
