the staff was so nice and helpful! the room had really good blackout blinds, that's a plus for me, i need darkness to sleep well. i loved the breakfast, a good variety of food there! the location is pretty convenient, near public transportation.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. I wished it had a bit more power. it made it a bit harder to rinse my hair. I hope they fix it soon.

My room was super clean. I liked that a lot! the bed was comfortable and i slept really well. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at just the right temperature.

The front desk staff was super helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. i got really fast service whenever i needed something! the hotel staff arranged a taxi for me to the airport quickly and easily.

an unremarkable stay

late cleaningintrusive staff member

the housekeeping was not up to standard the coffee cups were not replaced i needed to call reception. the cleaning was done very late. upon my return at 1pm after being out since 9:30am the room had not been cleaned a staff member knocked while simultaneously opening the door this felt intrusive.

the location proved convenient (for a first-time visitor like me). it was a short walk to the underground station, and several restaurants were nearby.

i found the quality of some breakfast items lacking. the pastries were a bit dry, and the cooked breakfast items seemed rather basic.
