I found the staff very helpful during check-in. the location was perfect for attending an event at the excel center. my room included two sections with their own tvs. I found this great, especially since i was with kids. the shower room was also spacious.
the tv connectivity didn't work when i tried to connect my netflix account. i found this slightly annoying.

the hotel has a lobby with a billiards table for guest entertainment. there is also a bar area that offers a variety of snacks and drinks throughout the evening. breakfast is buffet style and features fresh pancakes.

the staff was friendly and efficient. the room included a welcome drink, which i used at the bar. its proximity to the dlr station eased my commute to the city center. parking was available, i found it convenient.
i noticed some dust in the room, the carpet needed better cleaning.

the breakfast was very good, it had plenty of choices. rooms was quite large and clean, every day they would come into a clean room. it had smart tv and everything you need for your stay such as towels, a hairdryer, comfortable beds and a kettle.
the staff at check-in weren't very friendly. check-in took place in 5 minutes just asking me to sign a sheet without explanations. there is no wardrobe in the room which is very disappointing. the sockets in the toilet don't work.
