i liked that the room was equipped perfectly. the kitchen had cooking utensils and a dishwasher. nearby were many supermarkets so we could enjoy cooking.

my room stank of cigarette smoke, someone obviously smoked inside. the front desk got housekeeping to air it out, but this did not work. there was no offer to move me.

I really appreciated the apartment size. It was quite generous. The kitchen amenities were great to have . The staff was attentive to my requests. They collected rubbish when I asked. The cafe downstairs was a convenient spot to start my day!

The couch fabric felt a little itchy against my skin, especially after a few nights. The bed on one side made a creaking sound. This got a bit uncomfortable after a while. The washer and dryer combo did not work. Maintenance came to look at it, but it still didn't dry my clothes.

the room REEKED of old cigarette smoke, so someone clearly ignored the rules. i informed the front desk, and they sent someone from housekeeping to freshen it, but it didn't solve the problem. there was no offer to move me to another room.

The location was near the subway station, very convenient.

The room was not as clean as expected. I found some stained furniture. There was insufficient preparation. Only one toilet roll was available for two people across four nights! the dishes in the dishwasher had not been cleaned properly.
