the staff was friendly and helpful. the lounge area downstairs was also quite cute.
my room felt quite small. there was also no phone in the room, so i couldn't easily contact reception. this was inconvenient since i needed assistance with a minor issue and preferred not to walk down.

Really good stay near tower hill

The hotel's location is really good. It is within a short walk to the tower of london and tower bridge. Aldgate station is also very close. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided.
The rooms are a little small. There is no refrigerator in the room for drinks.

The hotel features a 24-hour bar with reasonably priced drinks and bar snacks. Breakfast is available each morning (I didn't try it, though). Staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel's proximity to major attractions is a significant advantage. The hotel is close to Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations. This provides convenient access to different parts of the city for exploring (which is great!).

i found the hotel location quite convenient , with easy access to public transportation. the room was clean and well kept , offering a comfortable space. the staff was helpful during check-in . i appreciated the availability of a bar with a cool atmosphere.
i noticed the absence of complimentary water in the room.

the staff were very friendly and courteous, really. nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the room and the hotel were clean and there were all the amenities i could want. i will be staying again, definitely.
there were no towels in the room when we arrived, though a quick call sorted it out quickly.

the hotel is very close to an underground station, just a short walk. this allows for quick and easy transport to many central parts of the city. the lobby area is inviting, too, wanting you to sit and enjoy a drink.

the breakfast options were quite nice and had many vegan choices. while there isn't a full restaurant, the bar serves snacks and toasties. this provided sufficient choices for a light meal or quick bite.

the front desk staff were very helpful. nicole was particularly amazing and really enhanced my stay. the check-in process was smooth, thankfully, and all requests were handled with a smile.
