the location is great for transportation. there is a nice small park across from the hotel. the staff is helpful.
The bathroom door was difficult to open and close without a lot of force. This was an inconvenience. i was on the basement level, and i could hear a lot of running water. there was no kettle in the room, so i had to go to reception for a drink.

the supercool rooms had a great layout and a huge comfortable bed. the location is great, right near public transport. the staff is friendly and accommodating, plus, i got a coupon for a free drink cause i skipped housekeeping. i loved that the restaurant food was super quality and great portion size too.
the shower water pressure was a bit low, its the only problem i have to point out.

the location rocks because its super close to the underground, like just a 5-minute walk. so many restaurants, pubs, and markets are nearby. you can easily walk to cool spots like brick lane too, so that's a win.

my superior double room had a comfy, big bed that i melt into. the room size was much bigger than i thought it would be, really awesome. everything looked modern and well maintained, really what i appreciate.

secure access to the rooms and the hotel after hours, it felt really safe. there is also a bar that stays open pretty late, really cool to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. they even have parking with ev charging, so you can bring your electric car.

the hotel restaurant and bar opens late, super convenient. the food portions were good, specially considering the prices, i thought it was excellent. next time, i eat breakfast there, it looks delicious and with plenty of options.

i found a tube station very near the hotel. my room had good space. the bathroom was large and included needed amenities. i appreciated the friendly staff and liked the breakfast choices.
the lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient and hot drinks were only available in the bar area. this required some figuring out and wasn't immediately clear upon arrival. signs indicating hot drinks were available in the corridor were misleading.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was free coffee available. The bed was comfortable.
The ground floor room overlooked a side street so it was noisy. A waste pipe seemed to run through our room. It sounded like a huge downpour of rain at points throughout the night and woke us up!!
