The room was clean, and i did appreciate that the bathroom was good. the staff were super friendly. i thought the breakfast options were perfect. I especially liked the vegan sausages they brought out from the kitchen!

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was very clean when i arrived and it stayed that way thanks to the housekeeping service. breakfast included good options especially the croissants. the location was near royal albert station for convenient travel.
I found the lack of a mini fridge in the room inconvenient because i needed to keep some drinks cold. the bathroom curtains smelled a little musty. They might need replacing. also the sofa turned bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

The breakfast had a decent selection including croissants. However there were limited vegetarian options available. the tables were cleared efficiently and the staff kept the area very tidy. i appreciated the quick service.

the hotel is situated within walking distance of the dlr station royal albert providing easy access to public transportation. this location offered convenient connectivity to various parts of the city. the airport is quite close too.

double showernice atmosphere
The room included a decent sized bathroom with a large double shower. Breakfast had plenty of choice to meet all tastes and nutritional needs. Bar had a nice atmosphere, I could order food and have it takeaway to eat in my room as I was very tired from travelling.
The parking is quite expensive.

just okay, some issues noted
thin wallsunhygienic duvet
i was a bit annoyed about the noise. i could clearly hear people in neighboring rooms. the walls seemed paper thin. also, the duvet cover had a hole in it. that felt unhygienic and i expected better.
