the staff were very cute and helpful. the bedroom was immaculate and luxurious. the hotel decor created a lovely ambience throughout.

i received an accessible room despite not needing one. the shower lacked a tray, so the room was soaking after each use. i called about loud music and was told there was no club nearby, a blatant lie as there is one in the building.

the staff gave a warm welcome and explained everything clearly. my room had a steam shower that i used daily. opening the windows was a real plus. the location provided easy access to nearby areas like spitalfields and brick lane.

i found the standard room slightly small and it was a little difficult to move around the bed.

the staff were awesome and always ready to help. i loved the rooftop pool area, it was such a vibe! our room was upgraded as a suprise when i arrived, and it was super clean.

the bar was a bit loud sometimes.

the rooftop pool was acceptable.

I found the bathroom setup quite irritating. there was only one hook available, and this was insufficient for hanging four towels. every time i showered, water leaked onto the floor. I constantly had to use towels to mop it up. the lighting situation proved problematic too. There were no softer lighting options available.

the room was nicely appointed and clean. breakfast on the rooftop was great. many excellent restaurants are within a couple blocks of the hotel.

the door wasn't rotating upon checking out, and the receptionist said i had to push it. it was an automatic door.
