christmas decor great breakfast dim corridor housekeeping staff
The breakfast was great, and jasmita greeted me with genuine warmth. the hotel also looked beautiful with its christmas decor. It had a festive atmosphere.
the corridor was dim, and i could hear everything outside. the housekeeping staff knocked on the door frequently and didn't check anything, it was confusing

excellent stay near the airport
efficient staff easy parking convenient refreshments polite team
The staff was accommodating and efficient, a very positive start. i found parking easy with available spaces close to the entrance. the hotel's costa snack bar offered convenient light refreshments. the reception and bar teams were polite. I appreciated their service.
I noticed a minor issue. Some wear is showing in hallways.

friendly staff great food free upgrade
the staff were very friendly. the on-site sports bar offered great food. the service was really good. i also got a free room upgrade.

underwhelming stay, needs updates
outdated room limited food
the staff was friendly and helpful when i checked in, everything was pretty smooth.
the room was outdated and musty. some lights were broken and trim needed repair. the club lounge provided very limited food only during specific hours, and it wasn't replenished when it ran out.

good location walking distance large bathroom outdated guest rooms old furnishings accessible power outlets
The hotel is conveniently near the airport. I found a McDonalds within walking distance and had an inexpensive meal. The room provided was a good size. A large bathroom was included.
The guest rooms appear outdated. Furnishings show their age. I noticed basic power outlets were not readily accessible. I had some difficulty charging my devices.
