The staff greeted me with a warm welcome. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities. I found filtered water readily available on my floor, a nice perk. The location provided easy access to transportation options, including the DLR.

I noticed some dust under the desk in my room.

The room did have some issues. The air conditioning was set to Arctic and I could not adjust it. The safe in the room was also out of service , so I had to carry my valuables with me. I reported it, but nothing happened.

the king guest room was super clean. it included lovely big towels! the room was definitely first class and modern, i felt really charmed.

The tv did not work. This was slightly inconvenient.
