A Wonderful Retreat

The gym was well-equipped with several machines, which I appreciate. A amazing spa area exists with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Viktoria, at the spa reception, provideed helpful service.

The soundproofing was not perfect. I did hear some snoring from an adjacent room one night.

Staff members were lovely and also quite helpful throughout my stay. They did handle a late-night noise issue promptly, which I respected. Everyone looked smart and went beyond.

the location was amazing! i walked easily to the train station. it is close to heathrow airport. the hotel provided excellent soundproofing despite the frequent planes overhead. the bed was comfy, and i found space to work in the room.

i also found the alarm system acted strangely . the staff did not handle my inquiry about the alarm appropriately.

shut cafecurry smell

The cafe, allegedly open 24 hours, was permanently shut. i could get coffee only by asking at reception. The sky bar was also closed. the only restaurant open reminded me of a conference room with no daylight. the curry smell throughout the hotel and in my room kept me awake. It was terrible.
