The pool was excellent. i noticed it had various depths suitable for all ages and abilities. the room i had included air conditioning. It worked great. it definitely helped to keep the room at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. breakfast had many choices. i saw pastries, fruits, cereals and hot items. there was something for everyone.
the gym was small, and it got crowded during peak hours.

the staff was friendly and helpful, from check-in to the restaurant service. jenna's check-in was very smooth and pleasant. the king bed in my room was very comfortable. i enjoyed a nice evening meal at the restaurant.
the room i stayed in had no working phone, difficult to call for help in case of an emergency.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon my arrival. I appreciate the onsite swimming pool. It was a lovely amenity to have available. I also benefited from a later check-out. This allowed for a more relaxed morning before departing.
The cost of drinks at the bar seemed expensive. I hope this can be addressed, as it affected my enjoyment of the bar facilities.
