unstable flooring dim lighting

Our room's bathroom was not in good condition. The flooring felt VERY unstable near the wall. Some shortbread biscuits were available, but they were loose in a jar. The dim lighting didn't help at all.

a decent place to stay

excellent breakfast friendly staff free parking poor wifi noisy location bad housekeeping

the breakfast WAS excellent i liked that i could have unlimited coffee and tea. ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking IS available at the hotel.

the wifi DID not reach the room that IS my main issue. the location was a little noisy there was traffic noise from early morning. the housekeeping was non existent the bed WAS not made and the hospitality tray was never refreshed.

mixed feelings after my stay

the room was a nice size. the staff were kind and helpful.

the location was not ideal. i was kept awake by delivery vans pulling in and out of a distribution depot starting very early.

friendly staff warm embrace breakfast option steep stairs thin towel narrow stair

the staff shone brightly, like stars on a summer night. their friendliness seemed like a warm embrace, very appreciated. breakfast had plenty of options. the bus stop across the road made going places easy.

some stairs were steep. it. the towels felt a little thin. i also noticed some narrow stairs, so i felt uncomfortable to walk on them.
