the staff at the reception were readily available. i found the room surprisingly beautiful and affordable! i had my coffee and snack box set in the room. the room was clean and there was great communication from the staff.

the beds were very noisy when just turning over.

Decent Location, but Room Issues

The location was convenient for getting around town. (I walked everywhere.)

My room, the 'Standard Double Room', was quite small. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold. (It was a fun surprise!) The walls were also thin, and I could hear conversations in the next room.

My room was on the ground floor near the front door it was very noisy. road noise and people returning kept me awake. the exterior sensor light shone through the curtains constantly. the bed mattress springs felt worn. It really needed changing

i found the automated check-in process very efficient. (it was indeed quite fast!) the staff promptly provided an extra fan when i asked for it. i also appreciated the location very near the train station.

the room had slightly thin windows, and i could hear some traffic noise.

The room was clean and warm. It had everything i needed (tea, coffee). the bathroom was modern. the bed felt comfy, like home from home.

The walls seemed thin. we hardly had any sleep for two nights because of noisy neighbors. we had to knock on the door of the adjacent room at 2am to ask them to be quiet. It worked for about 3 hours, but then they started again.
