the staff was helpful when i arrived after a flight delay. they packed a breakfast for me since i had to leave before breakfast time. the soft towels were an added bonus. the room was nice and neat.
the heated towel rack in the bathroom was tricky for me to operate, though this could have been user error.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport!

I was very happy with the friendly reception staff. They were helpful. My room had a comfortable bed with two pillows, and an extra blanket was available. I watched the flat screen TV and later enjoyed drinks at the hotel bar. I would return for another stay. The breakfast bags were AMAZING!!!
I had to pay extra for parking, which I didn't expect, but it was still good value.

The on-site restaurant provided great food. I enjoyed my meal there. A shuttle service to Gatwick was available and proved convenient. The staff members were friendly and seemed eager to help guests.
The girl on the desk did not seem confident. A ladder was in the middle of the corridor, accessing the loft without any warning signs. This setup was a bit dangerous .

I found the staff to be cute, especially considering my very early departure. they arranged a taxi for me at 4 am, a huge help. the room was clean and included a cable tv. the bus connections to the airport are good. That was very convenient for my travels.
the road outside caused noticeable noise early in the morning, made sleeping a little difficult
